When enforcement is turned ON, any user without a TOTP factor enrolled will be redirected to the
2FA setup screen on their next login and cannot access the platform until enrollment is complete.
2FA enforcement is ACTIVE.
Users without an enrolled TOTP factor will be forced to set up Google Authenticator on their next login.
They cannot access any part of the platform until enrollment is complete.
Users who already have 2FA enrolled are unaffected. Admins can reset any user's 2FA from Users & Roles.
